This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products rented or purchased through the Easealllifestyle website. Our goal is to ensure complete customer satisfaction while maintaining fair usage and hygiene standards for rental items.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • For Purchased Products: Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged during delivery, or not as described.
  • For Rented Products: Rental items can be replaced if damaged during delivery or found defective upon installation.
  • Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp with clear photos or videos of the issue.

3. Non-Returnable Products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair.
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
  • Customized or special-order furniture or décor items.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling by the customer.

4. Refunds for Purchases

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping or installation charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Replacements for Rented Products

  • If a rented product is damaged or defective at delivery, it will be replaced free of cost within 3–5 working days.
  • In case a replacement is unavailable, the rental amount for that item will be refunded or adjusted in your upcoming billing cycle.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges.
  • If the product has already been shipped or delivered, cancellation charges or one-month rent (for rentals) may apply.

7. Damage or Missing Parts

  • At the time of delivery or installation, please inspect all items.
  • If you notice any missing part, incorrect item, or visible damage, inform our team immediately before signing the delivery note.

8. Refund Approval Process

  • Send your complaint to easealllifestyle@gmail.com with the order ID, photos, and details.
  • Our team will verify your request and update you within 2–3 business days.
  • Once approved, the refund or replacement process will begin.

9. Rental Security Deposit (If Applicable)

  • Deposits are refundable after inspection at the end of the rental period.
  • Deductions may be applied for damage, missing parts, or late returns.
  • The refund is processed within 7–10 business days after product pickup and inspection.
